Muscle testing is an extremely effective tool to help navigate life and choosing the best outcome for yourself. In fact, muscle testing can be considered energy testing since it utilizes energy for muscle movement to reveal the answers. Muscle testing was derived from kinesiology where muscles are observed for a response to stimuli. Our bodies are comprised of energy that allow us to move, digest, and maintain optimal functioning vital for life. This energy intrinsically knows everything about you. This energy changes our DNA, cellular functioning, and other cellular processes to ensure our bodies remain within a harmonious balance. Without this energy we would cease to exist. Understanding that energy is who we are, will allow you to dive deeper into understanding the body and know that this energy is unique to you. In other words, the energy you emit and have contained inside your body can tell you everything you need to know, if you are willing to understand it. Yes, that even means the parts of you that you fear to explore can be discovered through muscle testing. In simpler terms, muscle testing is a biofeedback mechanism that can identify stressors in and around the body. Identifying these stressors can help you improve your life. Muscle testing can aid in a variety of obstacles or challenges such as: finding foods that the body is able to tolerate, which colors may enhance our mood, or simply choosing which choice is best for you in any moment. Muscle testing bypasses the conscious mind to reveal the subconscious mind which is where we store our true purpose. The subconscious holds our memories, beliefs, experiences and much more. There are many ways to muscle test, however one of the most reliable ways to self-muscle test, is to use your body. The body is more easily grounded, which significantly reduces the mind/egoic response thus drastically reducing the chances for error. This technique is a simple non-invasive tool to aid in helping people discover and connect more with their body. For example, you are at the grocery store and want to know what foods best align with your body currently. Simply use the body muscle testing technique to ensure that the foods you buy are compatible with your body. Obviously, you can use the application of muscle testing for a variety of life’s choices.
DISCLAIMER: There is no tool out there that will be 100% effective or be a cure-all. If your intentions are not pure, or the conscious mind wants a specific outcome/answer, you will undoubtedly receive that answer. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure you are not attached to the outcome and are really grounded within yourself prior to muscle testing. Another note to be mindful of is that you do not necessarily need to ask if the food is for your highest good, instead, simply put the food in question near your belly button and allow your body to move.
Here are the steps to muscle testing using the body technique. Before you begin, you will want to ensure you are adequately hydrated. Hydration allows the body to become neutral and clear. If you find yourself having difficulty testing, hydrate and try again. First, clear the mind and center or ground yourself. It is best to set a positive intention for your results. Asking High Self or a higher power for support is beneficial to ensure you have clarity on what information you will want to obtain. Next, be sure to frame your statement in a yes/no or true/false format.
(Example: my name is ________. Or I have a blockage in the 3rd chakra.). Lastly, you will stand up with your feet roughly shoulder width apart, so you are sturdy. Cross your arms or hold the food against your body. You will recite your statement, then observe if your body falls forward or backward. If your body falls forward that is a yes or true answer, and if the body falls backward, then that denotes a no or false answer. Best practice is to request an answer you already know the answer to, like “I have blonde hair.” this way you can ensure you are grounded and receiving accurate information. The more one practices, the more trust is developed within yourself to fully implement this simple but powerful technique.
